Extended Warranty Program

Outdoor Dog Supply offers an extended warranty program to further protect your purchase even after the manufacturer warranty expires. We offer your choice of an additional one or two years of coverage for a total of 2-3 years of total coverage depending on your plan. This policy is Outdoor Dog Supply’s extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. Outdoor Dog Supply covers the parts and labor necessary to repair your GPS unit to factory specifications in the event of any defect in materials or workmanship of your product during the coverage period. We also cover the cost of returning the unit to you via standard shipping. If your product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement model with equal or better features. A limit of two claims per warranty coverage plan applies. Outdoor Dog Supply is the sole agency in assessing cause of damage for all claims under this program.

What’s Covered

The ODS Extended Warranty Program is an extension of the manufacturer’s written warranty. We will cover the parts and labor necessary to repair your GPS unit to factory specifications in the event of any defect in materials or workmanship of your product(s) during the coverage period (as an example: no longer, charging, no longer acquiring satellites, screen is missing pixels, screen lighting issues, won’t turn on, etc). We also cover the cost of returning the unit to you via standard shipping. If your product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement model with equal or better features. A limit of two claims per warranty coverage plan applies. OutdoorDogSupply.com is the sole agency in assessing the cause of damage for all claims under this program.

Not Covered

This plan does not cover: Repair or replacement of any chargers, collar antennas, collar straps, cables or accessories that came with your GPS model. In addition, repairs to your unit caused by misuse, mishandling, or abuse of the unit, or any accidental damage to your unit. Lost or Stolen items are not covered under the extended warranty program. Any equipment received that has been subjected to abuse, mishandling, or accidental damage will have a replacement cost that is equal or less than Garmin’s out of warranty coverage at that time.

How to file a ODS extended warranty claim:

First print and fill out extended warranty form.(Include this in your box)
Mail-in equipment. Remove any SD Cards, Collar Straps, Belt Clips, Ect.
