Outdoor Dog Supply’s 60 day return policy:

Most items* are eligible for a full money back refund if the product is unused, unworn and in the original packaging and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders returned within 31-60 days are eligible for exchange or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

• If an item is returned within the 60 day return period and not in original packaging, a 20% deduction will be applied. If an item is returned and it is missing accessories, the retail price of that accessory will be deducted from your return. 
• Products marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom items such as custom name tags and custom numbered blankets cannot be returned. 
• Opened medicine and supplements cannot be returned.

We ask that the following information be included inside the box:

• Your order number or a copy of your invoice
• Your first and last name
• A good contact number so we can reach you if we have any questions

*Electronic items containing Lithium-Ion (Li-ion) batteries must have special hazmat labels. Please see the shipping provider for these labels.

*Lithium- Ion or Lithium Metal standalone batteries must have special hazmat labeling and can only be shipped UPS or USPS ground transport.  Please see the shipping provider for these labels.

* Powerloads cannot be returned via US mail or by any air service. This item requires special hazmat labeling. Please see the shipping provider for required labels. This item can only be returned via FedEx or UPS ground service.

Exclusions: 

• Customized products can not be returned. These items include, custom numbered field trial blankets and custom brass name plates.
• If an item is returned used, worn and not in original packaging, we will contact you and inform you that a return cannot be processed. At that time we will offer to return it back to you and quote you the return shipping cost.
• Supplements or medications that have been opened can not be accepted.
• Items that come in smelling like cigarette smoke, if we cannot get the smell out will not be accepted for return.
• We can not accept returns on items that have labels on the original manufacturer boxes as shown in this image.

We process all returns within 24-48 hours from the time we receive them. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back into your bank account.

 Exchange Policy

Outdoor Dog Supply is happy to exchange any product within our 60 day return period. The merchandise sent back for an exchange must be in new condition, and in the original packaging, including manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories provided by the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to us, but we will cover the postage for the newly exchanged item.
